1. General Terms of Sale
These Terms of Purchase form an integral part of the terms governing purchases made through the www.penisal.com online store.
By accepting these Terms of Purchase when placing an order, the Buyer or User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated on this Website.
1. The Owner, Andromeda d.o.o. (hereinafter: www.penisal.com), sells goods and/or services in its own name through the www.penisal.com Website.
2. The Owner undertakes to deliver the ordered product(s) to the End User in the best possible manner, applying the same quality standards used in its regular business with customers and in accordance with its Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.
3. The www.penisal.com portal owns the products/services offered through its Website and therefore cannot be held responsible for potential deficiencies or other problems that may arise during the dispatch, transportation, or use of the products/services offered.
4. The manufacturer of the product/service is responsible for any potential problems related to delivery or deficiencies of the product/service. The www.penisal.com portal cannot in any way be held responsible for any deficiencies in the products or services sold through its Website.
5. These Terms of Purchase form part of the Seller’s obligations under the provisions of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and are intended to ensure that, before entering into a distance contract, the Buyer is informed in a clear and understandable manner about circumstances relevant to the conclusion, performance, and termination of the contract, all in accordance with applicable legislation.
6. The terms Buyer or User refer to a consumer: a natural person who, outside any business or professional activity, orders and pays for a product through the online store available at www.penisal.com. These terms also include sole proprietors, individual traders, and natural persons engaged in business activities who are protected by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act only when purchasing products unrelated to their business activities, as well as other buyers, including legal entities.
7. The term Seller refers to the Owner, Andromeda d.o.o., which acts in its own name through the www.penisal.com Website.
8. These Terms of Purchase form part of the distance contract together with the specifications and price(s) of the purchased product(s). Before confirming an order for a particular product, the Buyer will be required to accept these Terms or confirm that they have read and agree to them.
After the order has been confirmed and the contract concluded, an order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer by email confirming that the contract has been concluded.
For a contract to be validly concluded, the Buyer must have full legal capacity. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information provided when making a purchase or registering.
9. The contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is a one-time distance sales contract for the purchase of products, which is fulfilled upon delivery of the goods and completion of payment by the Buyer, unless the contract is terminated.
2. Main Characteristics of the Products
1. Products are presented through descriptions and photographs, and the information provided is based on the www.penisal.com database.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes and may not always correspond in every detail to the products ordered. The visual appearance of a product shown in a photograph may differ from its actual appearance, particularly due to the Buyer’s monitor settings, differences in color perception on different screens, and similar factors.
Such differences between a product shown in a photograph and the product delivered shall not constitute a product defect.
2. Product information displayed on www.penisal.com, including product descriptions, prices, and other information, may be subject to software bugs, application errors, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, or similar issues.
In the event of obvious errors or inaccuracies concerning product information displayed on www.penisal.com, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
Although product information is regularly updated, the Owner and the www.penisal.com portal cannot be held responsible for occasional inaccurate information. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Although we make every effort to ensure that product information on www.penisal.com is accurate, product composition, ingredient quantities, nutritional values, and allergens may occasionally change.
For this reason, before consuming any product, always read the product label or declaration and do not rely solely on information published on the Website.
4. Only products indicated as available and in stock at the time of ordering may be ordered.
If an ordered product is unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer that the product is currently unavailable, provide information about when it is expected to become available, and may offer the option of purchasing an alternative product that is immediately available for delivery and has characteristics most similar to the unavailable product.
5. Products offered on this Website, or their individual components, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
No statement, claim, opinion, or information relating to any product or product component shall be considered medical advice or a medical opinion. No statement, opinion, or information relating to any product has been evaluated or approved by any public authority in any country.
6. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage, consequences, or dissatisfaction resulting from improper use of a product or use contrary to the instructions, recommendations, or intended purpose of the product.
The Buyer is required to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided.
3. Ordering and Delivery
1. Cash on delivery is available only within Croatia.
For other European countries, payment must be made in advance for the product(s) and shipping costs, after which the package will be dispatched.
Orders are shipped by post using a door-to-door delivery service. Delivery to a post office using the “poste restante” service is also possible.
Orders can be placed in one of the following ways:

2. By placing a distance order, adding products to the shopping cart, entering the required personal identification information on www.penisal.com, and accepting these Terms of Purchase, you agree that the ordered products will be charged according to the selected payment method for the benefit and account of the Owner.
The Owner is solely responsible for charging customers, issuing offers and invoices, and dispatching products.
3. Orders are shipped by post. Delivery within the Republic of Croatia usually takes 4–7 business days from receipt of the order.
Shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders up to €50, the shipping cost is €4.
Delivery within the European Union takes an average of 7–10 business days. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the package.
When products are added to the shopping cart, the Buyer will receive a calculation of the shipping cost, which is generally between €10 and €20.
The Seller shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, delivery services, customs procedures, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
4. Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the next business day.
All orders will be delivered as soon as possible.
5. Ordered products are packaged in a manner designed to prevent damage during normal handling in transport and delivery.
If a package has been damaged during transport and the damage is clearly visible upon delivery, we recommend that the Buyer refuse to accept the package and contact us so that we can check the condition of the shipment as soon as possible and attempt to resolve the situation in the Buyer’s best interest.
4. Prices
1. All product prices are expressed in euros and do not include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices because they are charged separately, except where free shipping applies, in accordance with these Terms of Purchase.
Before the order is confirmed, the product price, applicable shipping cost, and final total price will be displayed separately so that the Buyer can clearly see the total amount payable for the order.
We reserve the right to change prices.
5. Payment
1. Cash on Delivery
Payment to the courier upon delivery is available only within Croatia.
2. Payment by Bank Transfer
After receiving your order, we will send you an offer by email containing our bank account details, payment reference, and the exact amount to be paid by bank transfer.
Please send proof of payment to contact (@) penisal.com so that your product(s) can be dispatched immediately.
Note: Offers are not generated automatically on the Website because additional discounts may apply, so it may take some time for you to receive the offer by email.
Any bank fees or commissions are charged by your bank and may vary depending on the bank you use.
3. PayPal
Pay securely via PayPal using your credit card. Payment security is provided through PayPal.
You agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and may be shared with third parties, including delivery services contracted by the company, for the purposes of delivering products to the User/Buyer, responding to requests for information and advice, calculating personal discounts and rewards, creating offers and invoices, establishing contact in connection with an order or product delivery, monitoring satisfaction with product use, implementing secure authentication for access to penisal.com, and performing contracts for the purchase of goods or services.
6. Warranty
1. The Penisal product is covered by a one-year warranty. All other products are covered by the manufacturer’s quality warranty.
7. Miscellaneous
1. Complaints and Returns
Product exchanges are possible only upon presentation of a valid receipt within 60 days from the date of purchase. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their unopened original packaging.
Buyers who conclude a distance sales contract by telephone, email, online store, or post have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days, calculated in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds
In the event of unilateral withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund the payments received from the Buyer no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller receives notification of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, provided that the goods have been returned to the Seller or the Buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the original purchase, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another method of refund.
The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods in the event of unilateral withdrawal from the contract, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer does not have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract in cases prescribed by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, particularly where the product has been used, damaged, or, due to its nature and for hygiene reasons, is unsuitable for return after the packaging has been opened.
2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
When registering or creating a User account on www.penisal.com, or when completing any other form relating to consultation or any type of inquiry, product delivery, or communication with the User, we may request certain personal information, including:
- first and last name
- address and place of residence
- telephone number
- date of birth
- email address
- OIB – Personal Identification Number (for legal entities only, for the purpose of issuing an R1 invoice)
- username and password for accessing a User account (optional)
- membership number (optional)
By using the portal or entering the requested personal data into any form on www.penisal.com, you accept the processing of such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All contracts concluded through the www.penisal.com Website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Rijeka.
These Terms of Purchase shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the www.penisal.com Website.
